NEW CLIENT & CLINIC POLICIES

PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY

For the protection of you, your pet, and others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All other pets must be in an appropriate pet carrier.

APPOINTMENTS

We see patients by appointment and do not recommend that you walk- in without an appointment. True emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Emergencies are rare, but they must be dealt with immediately; please be understanding as your pet may someday require immediate care and service.

EMERGENCIES

If you think that your pet needs immediate care, call us at (414) 540-1377. We can help decide if you should see us or be referred to one of our recommended emergency clinics.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• Discover

• American Express

• Cash

• CareCredit

Thus, we can not extend personal credit or bill you later. If a pet care emergency arises that has significant expense we can help you apply for CareCredit. CareCredit has interest free payment plans that allow you to spread out a large emergency expense. You do not necessarily need a perfect credit check to qualify. It is easier to get than a credit card. CareCredit is a flexible patient-client payment program specifically designed for pet health care expenses. This makes it easier for you to get your pet the treatment or procedures they need. CareCredit is ideal for:

• Co-payments

• Deductibles

• Treatment

• Procedures not covered by pet insurance

Additionally, you may apply online at carecredit.com, or click the link below. They let you know right away if you are approved or declined, and your credit limit. Be sure to write down your card number, as that will be needed for the payment transaction. You can always call the clinic at (414) 540-1377 to learn more.
